Technical Business Analyst

We are a regulated entity that's operational globally, and in 48 states across the U.S. CEX.IO is scaling the product org to match our increasing breadth of exciting products. Responsibilities:
Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications. This includes but is not limited to documenting systems design, data migration rules, business rules, or other similar deliverables necessary within a regulated software development lifecycle. Partnering with engineering and internal staff to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. Documenting and maintaining core business API's for both internal and external customers. Managing core technology change by making sure knowledge is readily available from inception through implementation. Researching new technologies. Partnering with Product Management to drive out core front-end and back-end system requirements. Creating UI prototypes/mockups Supporting development and QA teams during the whole development lifecycle including UAT participation Technical Requirements:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a regulated environment. Advanced knowledge of SQL, system integration solutions and data visualisation tools e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics Ability to facilitate internal training sessions as needed. A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology. Experience in technical business analysis in the financial services industry (especially trading) is a plus. Knowledge of requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence) Experience with UI prototyping tools (Axure, Balsamiq etc) Analytical skills and attention to detail CEX.IO offers a compelling and rewarding work environment.
